Installation went better than expected on the first try
I received the screen protector at the beginning of the week and it had a small chip along one of the edges. I contacted the seller who immediately responded, and agreed to send out a replacement. The new protector arrived today. I cleaned my Surface Pro 2 screen with the included wet and dry wipes and then put the screen protector in place. Installation went better than expected on the first try; the protector adhered with a couple of bubbles that I was able to "push" out, and everything is now clear as a bell and fully protected. I highly recommend both this Seller and this product!
